Edify was a customer experience SaaS tech startup dedicated to helping companies save time and improve efficiency with easy-to-build CX workflows. With a mission to simplify and enhance interactions for businesses, Edify’s solutions empowered teams to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional service. In 2023, Edify set out to refresh its brand and elevate its presence across multiple platforms.
The approach
The brand refresh began with a complete overhaul of Edify’s visual identity. Pastel tones gave way to a bold, vibrant color palette that injected energy and personality into the brand. Engaging typography was introduced, reflecting Edify’s witty, tongue-in-cheek attitude. Custom illustrations and photography embraced the new secondary palette, adding depth and consistency across all touchpoints. These updates worked together to create a cohesive, lively aesthetic that stood out in a competitive tech landscape.

In early 2023, Edify unveiled a revamped website that brought its new branding to life. The site balanced polished, dynamic layouts with playful illustrations, all while showcasing the secondary color palette. Screenshots of the product were seamlessly integrated, ensuring the design highlighted functionality while maintaining visual appeal. Digital communications, including ads and newsletters, followed suit by leveraging bold typography and engaging visuals to connect with both prospects and existing clients.
